Is ClearPath a solicitor?＋

We're licensed conveyancers — specialists in property transfer law. For most purchases and sales that's all you need. If your matter needs a solicitor, we'll tell you honestly and point you to one.

What does "government charges at cost" mean?＋

Things like stamp duty, registration fees and title searches are set by the government — we don't mark them up. You see the exact invoices in your portal before they're paid.

How fast can I get a quote?＋

Use the form and you'll have a fixed quote by email within one business hour — usually much faster. Most clients get theirs in under 15 minutes.

Can you handle everything online?＋

Yes — documents, e-signatures, ID checks and settlement all happen digitally. We're based in Melbourne and happy to meet in person if you prefer, but most clients never need to.

What if my sale falls through?＋

If the deal collapses before we begin work, you pay nothing. After that, we charge only for stages already completed — never for the full fee.

Do you handle regional Victoria?＋

Absolutely. We work with clients across all of Victoria — metropolitan and regional — completely online via PEXA.
